Lemonade Lessons
I love to learn new things. If I had college to do all over again I would major in Potpourri. I would take Philosophy and Astronomy and Classical English Literature and Medieval History and Folk Dancing and Art Appreciation and…well, you get the point.
I’m not going back to college but I am majoring in Potpourri. Ah, the joy of the Internet! I sound like my mother, I know, but kids today just don’t know how good they have it. Today I will travel the Information Superhighway. Today I’m going to spend some time with Jon Wuebben as he shares his insights on SEO Copywriting in “Content Rich”. I’m going to Anatomy class to learn about “The Anatomy of Buzz” with Emanuel Rosen. I think I’ll even explore Quasimodo’s Paris with Victor Hugo’s The Hunchback of Notre-Dame.
You know, this is better than college - no boring lecture by a Professor who teaches because he cannot do, no stuffy gray classroom, no bottled water. With age comes enlightenment. Yep, learning is much more fun spent in the company of those who have “been there, done that”. And much more pleasant in my lovely backyard with a nice glass of Lemonade.
Ah, Life is Sweet!

I like your way of learning! I think I will spend some time learning how Excel works and the great thing about the internet is you can find it for free!
Great idea - by the way - you might check out OpenOffice.org’s version of Excel - Calc if you don’t have Excel already. Have fun!
