I learned the hard way about not having a back up in place. I had a small flash drive I was using to back up my client files. I had started using Mozy’s free back up system. I am so glad I had. My hard drive crashed and I had to restore from a back up online. After that crash I was able to download my files and be up and running the same day - it was nerve racking but not as much as if I hadn’t had a back up. I highly recommend Mozy.
